V8 Series Sapphire Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge (V8C/V8S)

Our SICE award-winning gauge features a unique membrane structure that delivers exceptional stability against zero-point drift. One of the most persistent challenges in vacuum measurement.

• This structure enables highly accurate measurements over extended periods, contributing to reliable process control.
• The sensor also offers fast response characteristics.
• And if you work in high-temperature environments, the V8S variant can handle temperatures of up to 250°C.

We also demonstrated:

• the Model F4Q Mass Flow Controller, a precision flow control solution that is compatible with vacuum systems, semiconductor manufacturing, and analytical instruments.
• the Model F7M Micro Flow Rate Liquid Flowmeter, maintains stable flow measurement even when conditions aren't perfect, such as bubbles in the line, pressure pulses from pumps, or temperature variations during process cycles.
