V8 Series Sapphire Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge (V8C/V8S)

Our gauge features a unique membrane structure that provides exceptional stability against zero-point drift, a common challenge in vacuum measurement. 

• This structure enables highly accurate measurements over extended periods, contributing to reliable process control. 

• The sensor also offers fast response characteristics. 

• And if you work in high-temperature environments, the V8S variant can handle temperatures of up to 250°C.

We also demonstrated: 

the Model F4Q Mass Flow Controller, a precision flow control solution that is compatible with vacuum systems, semiconductor manufacturing, and analytical instruments.
